The products

What does "crunchy" actually mean?

Inside the soft outer shell there is a filling that breaks apart when you press it, making a crisp crackling sound — a bit like stepping on fresh snow. Let go and the shell slowly rises back, and the filling resets for the next squeeze.

Does the crunch wear out?

No. The filling re-forms every time the toy returns to shape, so the sound is still there after months of use. This is the main difference between a crunchy squishy and a plain foam one.

Who are these for?

Anti-stress fidget toys for teens and adults — recommended for ages 14+. They are not designed or certified as children's toys, and they are not edible. Keep them away from mouths and out of reach of small children.

Do they smell?

Ours arrive with a faint, neutral scent that fades within a day or two of opening. Cheap PU foam is notorious for a strong chemical smell — if yours arrives smelling bad, email us and we will replace it free or refund you in full. You don't need to send it back.

Will it tear?

Not with normal squeezing. They are made to be squashed flat and reshaped thousands of times. They are not designed to be stretched hard, cut, or pulled apart — that will split the shell, and that kind of damage isn't covered. If one splits on its own within 30 days, we replace it.

How big are they?

It varies, and the exact size is on every product page. The butter stick and cheese bar are 14 cm — a proper two-handed size. The fruit balls close inside one hand. The minis are pocket-sized.

What are they made of?

Soft PU foam or TPR (thermoplastic rubber) depending on the product, with a crunchy filling. Not edible, and not a scented food product despite how they look.

Ordering and shipping

Where do you ship?

United States only, for now.

How much is shipping?

$4.99 flat. Free on any order over $35 — two items gets you there.

Is there a discount for buying more?

Yes, and it applies itself at checkout: two items save 25%, three or more save 32%. It counts your whole cart, so different colours and different products all add up.

How long will it take?

1-3 business days to pack your order, then 6-12 business days in transit. So 7-15 business days in total from the day you order.

Will my order arrive in one parcel?

If you order two or three of the same squishy, yes — they're packed and sent together.

If you order different products, they may arrive as separate parcels on different days, each with its own tracking number. Each product is packed at the warehouse that stocks it, and we send each one out as soon as it's ready instead of holding your whole order back for the slowest item. If one parcel has arrived and another hasn't after 15 business days, email us and we'll chase it or replace it.

Will I pay customs or import fees?

No. Duties and import fees on US deliveries are already included in what you pay. Nobody will ask you for money at the door.

Where is my order?

You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can also look it up with your order number on our tracking page. If the tracking hasn't moved in 5 business days, email us.

What if it never arrives?

If your order hasn't reached you within 25 business days, we send a free replacement or refund you in full — your choice. Just email us.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, free of charge within 12 hours of ordering, as long as it hasn't shipped. Email us with your order number.

Returns

Something arrived damaged or wrong

Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery. We send a replacement or a full refund and you keep the original — no return needed.

I changed my mind

Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Email us for instructions. Return postage is on you, and the original shipping fee isn't refunded. Opened slime can't be returned for hygiene reasons.
