2. PRODUCTS & SAFETY
Our products are anti-stress fidget items intended for teens and adults, recommended for ages 14 and over. They are not designed, tested or certified as children's toys and are not intended for children. They are not edible — keep away from mouth, eyes, hair, fabrics, and pets, and keep out of reach of small children. Always follow any usage instructions included with the product.
3. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, processed securely by our payment providers. Sales tax is applied where required by law.
4. ORDERS
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that our fraud-screening flags as high risk. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund. It is your responsibility to provide a correct shipping address and valid contact information.
5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Orders containing more than one product may be delivered as separate parcels on different days, as described in that policy. Delivery estimates are good-faith estimates, not guarantees — occasional carrier delays can occur and are outside our control. Our lost-package guarantee is described in the Shipping Policy.

We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting in photography, and small batch-to-batch variations. Such minor variations are not considered defects.

All content on this site — including images, text, logos, and design — is the property of SlimeySquish or its content suppliers and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
