Haven't got a tracking number yet?
We pack orders within 1-3 business days. Your tracking number is emailed the moment your parcel leaves our warehouse — check your spam folder if you can't find it.
Ordered more than one product?
Different products may ship as separate parcels, each with its own tracking number, so you may get more than one email. Two or three of the same squishy always travel together.
Tracking hasn't updated in days
This is normal in the first week. Parcels often go quiet while in transit between carriers and then update in a burst. If there's been no movement for 5 business days, email us and we'll chase it.
How long should it take?
1-3 business days to pack, then 6-12 business days in transit — 7-15 business days in total.
It's been too long
If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days of ordering, email hello@slimeysquish.com with your order number. We'll send a free replacement or refund you in full — your call.
