Shipping policy

We currently ship to the United States only.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

SHIPPING TIME & RATES

- Standard Shipping (6-12 business days): $4.99
- FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $35

Total estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days from the day you place your order (processing + transit). All duties and import fees for US deliveries are included — you will never be asked to pay extra on delivery.

ORDERS WITH MORE THAN ONE ITEM

Each of our products is packed at the warehouse that stocks it, and we send each one out as soon as it is ready rather than holding your whole order back for the slowest item. If you order two or three different products, they may travel as separate parcels, arrive on different days, and have their own tracking numbers. Ordering several of the same product is different — those ship together in one parcel. If one parcel has arrived and another has not after 15 business days, contact us and we will chase it or replace it.

ORDER TRACKING

Every order includes tracking. If your tracking number hasn't updated within 5 business days of shipment, please contact us at hello@slimeysquish.com.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days of purchase, contact us and we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot redirect packages once shipped. If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we can reship it for the cost of shipping.
